NUTAI Case Study: High Accuracy Drill Measurement
The aerospace manufacturing industry faces barriers to automation due to lack of accuracy, speed and repeatability of complex tasks such as drill measurement. Nutai has met this challenge by designing a machine vision system for the precise and reliable measurement of drills. Four LUCID Triton GigE cameras were integrated into the system, minimizing human operation, and allowing for highly accurate drills. For more details read Case Study.
