High Accuracy Drill Measurement
The aerospace manufacturing industry faces barriers to automation due to lack of accuracy, speed and repeatability of complex tasks such as drill measurement. Nutai has met this challenge by designing a machine vision system for the precise and reliable measurement of drills. Triton Pregius 16.2 MP, 20.4 MP & 24.5 MP
Triton models featuring Sony Pregius S sensors are now in series production and include the IMX540 (24.5 MP), IMX541 (20.4 MP), and IMX542 (16.2 MP) global shutter CMOS image sensors. Sony’s 4th Gen sensors increase resolutions within compact sensor sizes without sacrificing image quality, meaning Triton cameras can provide even higher resolution in a compact 29x29 mm size.

Shipping in November
Atlas10 Pregius S 16.2 MP & 20.4 MP
Two new Atlas10 models featuring 10GBASE-T GigE PoE will begin shipping in November: the IMX531 (20.4 MP) and the IMX532 (16.2 MP). Atlas10 delivers a new level of imaging performance thanks to Sony’s proprietary back-illuminated pixel structure which enables excellent image quality at high resolutions and fast frame rates. Our new IP67 Color 3D kit allows for dust proof and water-resistant color 3D imaging and comes with everything you need for stunning color point clouds. Adding RGB data with a second camera to overlay the pointcloud allows you to pinpoint your objects more effectively by adding extra data that could be helpful to your algorithm.
