Video Presentation and Case Study
Video Presentation : Going Polarized: Adding a New Perspective to Industrial Imaging
In this video we introduce polarization imaging methods and discuss the benefits of Sony’s Polarsens sensor technology.
Case Study : Carbon Fiber Inspection with the Phoenix Polarization Camera
See how the unique properties of carbon fiber can be inspected using the Phoenix polarization camera.
Polarization Camera Models:
The Phoenix and Triton polarization cameras feature Sony’s IMX250MZR/MYR CMOS and low-cost IMX264MZR/MYR CMOS polarized sensors. The sensors use Sony’s Polarsens technology with on-chip four different directional polarizing filters (0°, 90°, 45°, and 135°) on every four pixels.
